Best way to find rent prices?
Besides a real estate agent, what is the best way to research rent prices in your area?

I start with rentometer.com, to get an idea of rents in the area, then use craigslist to see what current comparables are asking for rent. I don't know how old the rentometer data is, so having the craigslist sanity check is a must for me.
