Birthday Cake Clause in Lease

One landlord sent out a proposed lease as a Word document.  The tenants had a little bit of fun with it and added a birthday cake clause.  The landlord is now required to supply birthday cakes (not vanilla) for the tenants.  It might be a good idea to read the lease before signing it.

I note that the size of the cake is not specified.  Nor the freshness of the cake.
