Section 8 Closing - Contract/Docs Needed?

All set to close on my first deal :) house hacking a duplex with a section 8 tenant in one unit. 

Is there anything specific I'll need to bring with me when I visit the housing authority office after I close??  I know there's some paperwork to transfer the owner of record, set up bank accounts, etc.  

Don't want to go in blindly, I want to make their job easier!
