Hi,

I'mnew to the forums here so ill apologize in advance in case this is a question that has been asked before or its in the wrong forum. I just bought and rehabbed my first multi family home and I'm currently in the process of getting it rented. I was looking for some feedback on Lease agreements and terms. I was currently favoring making the lease agreement on a month to month bases, But was contemplating making it for a full year. I was just looking for some advice and feedback as to what the more experienced landlords/investors do.

  Thanks
