Rude prospective tenant tour today

Wow. Guy showed up, two LOUD and OBNOXIOUS kids in tow. They proceeded to run around SCREAMING throughout the entire house, attacking my dog, jumping up and down on my couch like they were at home, and then to top it off, after they put their shoes back on on their way out, he ran right onto the carpet after the dog again.

At this point I snatched his shirt and guided him back to his dad at the door and invited them to leave. Suffice it to say, he will NOT be getting the application he requested. If you are this much of an idiot in front of your landlord, I can't imagine what your dirty kids will do to my house, considering you clearly don't parent them.

Wow...Rough past couple months land lording. I have half a mind to send the douche bag a note telling him the house is not available to him on account of the rude behavior during the tour.

You should thank him. I wish all tenants were that transparent. Usually bad tenants hide their short comings from perspective landlords.
