Hi,

Closed on a triplex a few weeks ago. I'd like to replace all the toilets. Any recommendations on the best and cost saving?

Building on what @Michael Boyer said, I always replace the valves and supply lines on all toilets and faucets when I pick up a new property.  A 20 year old valve that costs $8 to replace can let a lot of damage occur if you need to turn it off when a faucet or toilet starts leaking.
