Private rental loans for 15,000 to 18,000
I'm a real estate investor. I own 4 rental properties. And I'm looking for a private loan or mortgage or a way to refinance my properties. I bought my last 2 properties by taking out a balance transfer and im not able to get a loan directly with a bank till i pay down my cards. I can have my cards pay down with in a year plus. But i want to speed up the process. I would like to increase my rental portfolio and start buy one house a month. The properties i buy go for 15,000 to 18,000. And I rent them out for 1000 a month.
