Philadelphia Property Management Company - NEEDED
I am an investor local to NYC. I own a decent sized portfolio here which is doing great. I've decided to start buying in Philadelphia because it's conveniently close and I'd be a fool if I did not take advantage of the pricing. Suggestions for property management companies would be greatly appreciated!!! Preferably that already manage units in: West Philly, Germantown, Olney, & West Oak Lane.
