Atlanta Metro Property Manager

Hello,

I'm hoping to find a good smaller property manager that treats my money like their money. I'm hoping to find a smaller company with employees that like what they do and keep turnover at a minimum, always seek to sign a 2 yr lease, and when units do turn they can get a basic turn for less than $1500. Oh, and picks up calls.

Thanks and please let me know who your recommend as a good fit for the above.

Hello, I would have to recommend Citiside Properties servicing all of the metro Atlanta area. I am actually the president of the third party contracting company that does all maintenance and rehabs, so I am very familiar with your concerns. I estimate/manage/discuss with owners on all repairs so I know the ins and outs of the business. I always base my ideas on what I would do and convey that to the owner, so it sounds like we would be a good fit. PM me and we can discuss further
