CAM Reconciliation

I took over a commercial property lease via a lease assumption in October of 2015. Now I have received a huge CAM Reconciliation bill for the entire year of 2015. Am I responsible for paying CAM Reconciliation for the ten months before I signed the lease assumption?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
