Paging Service for Landlords

Hey everyone,

I am looking for an affordable/reliable paging service for my tenants. I don't want them having my personal cell phone number, as we own a large real estate company and I already have enough people contacting me throughout the day. I'm looking for something where I could give my tenants a number to call if they had issues/concerns, then that service would page or text me the concern that my tenants have. 

Does this service exist? If so, what are some ideal providers?
