What do renters want?
In order of importance to tenants:
high speed internet
walk in closet
soundproof walls
patio or balcony
washer and dryer in unit
microwave
frig with water/ice dispenser
garbage disposal
pool
Personally I never provide the last two for expense, maintenance and safety issues.
