So i just want to know if my idea is awesome. I am thinking about buying home in Palm Springs and air bnb the spot to offset my rent in Los Angeles...What do you think!!

@Demetrius Fowler that is exactly what I did. 3 years ago when I was working as a server my wife and I realized we couldn't currently afford to buy in LA, so we would buy in PS, rent it out as a vacation rental, and rent in LA.
It turned out to work better than I could have imagined, and I can't say more good things about that idea, and I always encourage people to do the same.
