Lower Rent for Longer Lease

Hi all!

I was just wondering if anyone has ever given a break on monthly rent for a longer lease agreement. If so how much is reasonable? Typical rent for a 12 month lease would be 1,100. What would a good price be for 2 years or is that not even an option? Any insight is appreciated.
