Current tenants with leases under property management
Hey guys ,
So I just called a RE agent about a property in Gainesville, fl that I'm interested in. When I spoke to him he told me that 3 tenants have leases until next July with their property management while another is moving out this July. My question is if I buy this property will I have to make new leases with the current tenants because I wanted to do a little rehab before putting anyone in there.
