Basement Bedrooms vs Standard Bedrooms
When comparing two properties, both equal square footage, # of bathrooms, area. Would a property with 4 Bedrooms be valued less than a property than with 4 Bedrooms + 3 basement bedrooms?
What about a 4 BR vs a 2 BR + 2 in the basement?
