Property management
Question first: I am looking into property management; does anyone use Delta property management? I'm reading their flyer and they seem to be a good company.
Second, I am in the navy and have literally fallen to the other side of the world, so I haven't been on biggerpockets in a while; I had my renters tell me two weeks before I left for deployment that they planned to break our contract and leave six months early, so now I am stuck in a bad situation where I can't manage my own home and need property management. They gave me 30 day notice, I have till June 1 to get someone renting my home. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
