Residential Hotel Construction Near my Condo

Dear All,

I just learned that a Marriott residential hotel is likely to be built directly next to my Floridian condo.  Is this likely to cause my property to appreciate or depreciate?  Any insights or opinions regarding what to expect would be appreciated.
