Landlord - Internet & Cable

Are there any landlords out there that include/provide "free" Internet & Cable TV to their tenants?  If so, just curious about the following:

a) what type of contract do you negotiate with your service provider?

b) do you own any of the equipment (modems, wireless routers, repeaters, etc)?

Thanks,

Paul

Providing public internet (even to just your tenants) is a horrible idea. ..an absolutely horrible fcuking idea...   I've worked in the security field long enough to know that public wifi is my best friend.

but then again..  sure why not. Whats the address..??   ;-)
