Property management in Fulton County, Atlanta

I am looking for a tough property management in Fulton County, Atlanta. My property is in a bad neighborhood.   My house is a duplex unit. Upper level has been rented out until next March; lower level unit will be available at the end of May. If you have any recommendation, I would really appreciate it.
