Hi All, glad to be part of BP. I will be scouting a new county this weekend in search for buy and hold opportunities. My question is, what is the best approach to finding good deals and learning the area? I plan on driving around and maybe seeing a few houses but is there something else I could do? Any tips? Thanks in advance!
