How to get a potential applicant to go through with renting
I've had a lot of interest in my property and after showing it at two separate open houses I've had people who I thought were going to sign a lease. I went through the trouble of verifying landlords and such.These prospective tenants do not follow through! How do I close the deal and get this lease signed? My husband recommended I take a deposit at application so they don't tie up the house. What have you all done to get commitment?
