Rental agreement cost

I spoke with a lawyer last week about writing a lease agreement for me since I am renting my first property. He wants $750 for the lease. This seems high to me, but I want to be sure I'm legally covered. Any experiences with this issue? I am in Indiana. It seems that I can find one cheaper than that that will work????

That is crazy high. Find an attorney in your nearest REIA and they'll have one for half that cost.
