I am thinking of purchasing a document box like realtors use

Hi! I am in preparation to rent out my property. I was thinking of putting in a yard post like the realtors use with the plastic box with information (rental criteria) and the phone number to call to get an application.

Has anyone done this? I thought this would set a good tone for the property and catch eyes of people who may be driving through the neighborhood.

I stopped too.  It seemed one person would come along that liked it and took all the copies some no one else could have one.
