TRA Tenants

Hi, I have a tenant that lives in NJ.  We agreed to have him under TRA which was supposed to only last one year.  Somehow he got it approved and we are on the 2nd year.  The problem is that he owes money from past due rent prior to TRA and he's a combative, unemployed, unstable tenant.  How can I get rid of him?
