Tenant question

My tenant claimed bankruptcy for back rent on may 12th.  By law I believe she has to pay June rent.  I applied for a stay with the bankruptcy court which will be heard on June 11th.  There is an eviction hearing pending in civil court and is on hold pending the stay from bankruptcy court.  Question, do I accept the June rent?  I'm in NJ.  My fear is that if I'm granted an eviction she will change the bankruptcy from chapter 11, reorganization to chapter 7 where I will get nothing.  I don't see eviction court prior to July.  Thoughts?
