Memphis, TN Rentals
Hi everyone! I've been hearing that Memphis, TN is a great place for high cash flow rentals. Some multi-units I've seen for sale seem to be in areas with a bad school district and high crime, but the cash flow does look good. Does anyone invest in this area and can provide opinions on their renters and problems they've incurred? Or have advice on what zip codes I should look into? Thanks!
