I have another question about what payment types you accept. California law prohits landlord force tenant to only pay by ACH transfer. As I live 1 hour away from my rental property and work full time. I am wondering what will be good option for accepting payment. Mailing checks certainly invites all kind of mail delay or missing issues. Thank you all in advance!
