I have a difficult tenant who will not allow entry so I can make repairs.  Anyone evicted for this issue?

@Yvette M.,

Have you considered offering to let her out of the lease early? As in, telling her that it seems like she isn't happy, she seems to distrust the repair people you have hired to make the repairs she has requested, and that perhaps this isn't the right place for her. Make it seem as though you are the one being generous, and tell her she will get her security deposit back in full if she leaves the property clean.

No, this isn't the best solution, but it may be the least-hassle-to-you solution. I'd also look at new PMs, this one doesn't seem to share your criteria. Good luck.
