Plumbing: Spot resistant brushed nickel faucets?
has anyone installed spot resistant brushed nickel faucets in higher end rentals? moen or delta? I"m buy and hold til Baltimore City appreciates and thinking delta is better for rentals but then I'd have to replace in a few years with brushed nickel to attract buyers.
