Major active duty military landlord issue

I'm stationed overseas and this tenant from hell stop paying her rent over 7 months ago. This rental is in California. Any advice?

You should be in direct contact with your PM on a weekly bases until they finally either tell you the truth, that they are doing nothing on your behalf, or they simply drop you as a client rather than admit they are incompetent.

If you do not sell at least hire a lawyer to take over the eviction. Your PM is your problem.
