Not sure what to do

Last year on July 31st I made the biggest mistake throughout my time as a landlord. I should've saw the red flags when the "couple " and daughter were fifteen minutes last to their appointment and the cosigner is a well known attorney. Ever since these people moved in they have been a nightmare random men leaving at early times in the morning and staying overnight. The police know our address by heart since they have been over so many times by complaints of neighbors and myself. Our home has now become a nightmare with underage parties by their daughter and all of her friends have a copy of the key ( and this is just a tip or the iceberg). As we are approaching the end of our lease the woman has not given us a notice when she would leave and is giving our realtor a hard time showing with either excuses or following the potential renters around the apartment. My mother and I are not sure what to do if they stay past their lease...we can only pray.
