Tenant keeps breaking screen on porch

I have a rental property with a screened in porch, I've replaced one of the screens 3 times already in the last year. The same screen keeps breaking (I've had it checked by a screen company and they state that all works fine, and nothing should break). I'm not talking a huge budget to replace here, but it keeps happening. I don't really want to replace it anymore, what do I legally have to do?

Sounds to me like normal wear and tear from them living in the house (probably kicking the screen or something stupid), should be up to the tenant to keep the property (the screen) in good condition. Don't replace the screen until after they leave then keep some of their deposit for the screen replacement.
