How should i evaluate this potential investment or better yet what should i offer to make it a good investment.
2 legal unit multifamily in a B area. Listed at 295K as a short sale bank approved.
getting 1300/month for 2 bed unit
getting 1400/month for other 2 bed with big attic unit
taxes are 8750/annum
there seems to be know major repairs to be done on the building accept perhaps some minor updating here and there. It also has a drive way with a garage.
