House Hacking: Agreement with Tenant
Hello,
Does anyone have any good advice or document resources I could use for creating an agreement for someone renting a room out of my house?
Here's the deal: I have purchased my first property - the rehab is almost done and I will soon be moving in. My plan is to have a roomate rent a room from me until I sell the place 2 years later. I have a person who is interested in renting the room already - however I want to have some type of agreement down on paper and am curious what others have used or advise I do. Thanks!
