Previous Property Management Company Verification
Hi All, I am going to rent out our current house and wanted to check how crucial it is to verify with the current property management company for prospects. The PM company is adamant about them not releasing information until their current tenants submit an application to release information. As a newbie doing this, I wanted to check if this is a must on the to-do list. The prospects are upfront with their situation, have fairly good jobs and things checked out.
