Hello, i am a active wholesaler in the Philadelphia area.. I'm pretty new to real estate investing.. But I am very passionate and ready to learn new things.. With that being said.. I want to get into tenant placement.. Buy have no clue on how to start.. 

How do I get started?

Do I just start ccontacting Landlords??

Also should I offer property management??

Are there contracts.. Like I'm soooo confused!! Please help me.. Somebody ..
