@Tajinder Kandola, great then you as landlord aren't comfy renting to them without having any idea in the world who they really are. Should be an easy 30 second conversation. 

It's easy enough for me: Oh, you want to borrow a half million dollars and don't want to let me know who you really are? The answer in that case is no. Would you like to let me know who you are, or will you be writing a check for that half million dollars that's funded by that half million dollars that I'm sure is sitting in your checking account? I'm perfectly fine with either option. Which will it be?
