Anyone sold a property before lease is up?
Hey BP,
Need your input on this please.I've had something come up in my personal life and will need extra cash over the next 6 months to a year. One of my rentals has a lease that expires in November. I hate to do this, but I'm running out of options but to sell this property. Is that legal. I would give the tenants at least a month notice and try hard to work with them to locate another property.
