Choosing Management Software with LLc's and Trusts
Our family owns and manages over 100 units (both residential and multi family) with properties in multiple LLc's and Trust's. We are currently using quickbooks and looking for a property management software company with features to more efficiently meet our marketing, tenant screening, lease paperwork, maintenance requests etc.. We are in the process of researching, top 3 are Buildium, Rent Manager and Appfolio. Is having properties in LLc's and Trusts a factor in choosing a property management software? Thanks.
