Just listing through some previous episodes of the podcast. On episode 110 the guest Glenn McCorery mentioned he rents to companies, like half way homes, group homes or the like. Seems like a good way to go. Does anyone else have any experience with this?

The tenants were in place when we bought the 8-plex. It was handled by a regional office of LDS. They ended the tenancy when they decided the missionaries would be better supported if they lived in the homes of local LDS families, so they stopped renting apartments. It would be worth looking into, as it may vary from place to place.
