Renting in Castle Shannon and Horning?

I am looking into purchasing my first investment property in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Looks like there are some great SFH in the neighborhoods to the south, but are people renting around there? Does anyone have a sense of rental opportunities in areas like Castle Shannon, White Hall, and Horning?
