Sublease Problems. What would you do
Hello- We recently had a tenant want to sublease in one of our houses. There are three unrelated people on the lease and just one of the tenants wanted to sublease. He had someone apply who meet our criteria. However, the existing tenants met him and did not want him to live their. Do I have to force them to let him stay there?
