Management Company
I have some rentals I manage myself and one rental in a self directed IRA. The management company that manages my one property writes on bigger pockets. He has done a horribly job for me. I have to manage the management company. He does does not practice what he writes. He uses virtual assistants and to my disappointment he has no office. All of his staff work from home. How would you expose this poor management company.
