Renting Residential house to a Buisness

Hello, 

I have a residential property for rent and a company inquired about it. They train people for 3/5 months and need a place for these people to stay during this time. They decided renting a home would be more cost effective than hotels. Any advice or experience you could share would be greatly appreciated!
