tenant guest OVER-EXTENDED stay
Are there laws or rules against a tenant's over-extended stay?
one of the tenants just got married.
of course before he signed the lease he assured she would come here and he would go there.
and of course, it's just been the wife coming to stay longer and more frequently.....
No specific addendum we wrote to cap this is in our lease.
Tenant is requesting a month now for wife to stay during holidays and it's a nuisance to already complaining roommates.

Tell the rest of the guys in the place to pee on the toilet seat , hide the toilet paper , and have a cigar party . She wont stay long
