Happy tenants

Just wanted to share one of the good things about being a landlord. We met with some new tenants this evening to get some money, give keys, and go over a few things. They were extremely excited that they were finally getting out of their apartment and moving into a house. The tenants are young but seem wise beyond their years. They told us that they had renters insurance and had proof they could show us and had already called the utility companies to have bills put in their name. We were impressed by this because we have renters twice their age that are good people but not as put together as these younger people were. They couldn't stop thanking us for choosing them and how excited they were to move in and decorate and gave a patio they could sit on! It was nice to see someone that excited about one of our properties. Makes you feel good as a person and as an investor. Good luck all!

@Mike Creswell One of the best parts about the real estate business is look on someones face when they are handed the keys to their new home.

Great stuff Mike.
