student housing

Hello,

Any advice, recomendations or shared experience on student housing will be awesome!!! We got 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with unfinished basement under COD next to University of MN (there are couple of colleges in area). Would like to rent it out by room to students. However have no experience in student housing.

Make sure there are no restrictions on unrelated family members living in the same household either. Sometimes state can limit to 3 unrelated so that could hurt your plans on the 6 bedroom.
