Attention Milwaukee investors! What is the typical application fees for rental properties in our area? Have you noticed one specific method of marketing better than another? (I.E. CL vs. Yard Sign) What services do you use to screen your tenants? Recommendations for insurance agents? Recommendations for appraisers? Thanks!
