Thanks Russell you provide great wonderful insights.  Please let me know if you come across any favourable wholesale or rental properties for sale with some equity built.  I am also in RE class training with L/F to get to be more of an insightful investor .  I have 2 properties that I rent and manage and want to expand and build my rental portfolio.  I enjoyed your podcast as well.  I work in IT in Rockville and and trying to expand my knowledge to be a more resourceful and knowledgeable investor.
